Yes it has a fault, but it sounds like it's a dead accessory battery rather than anything worrying. Find a Citroen C1 for £500 with a knackered something on it and transplant the running gear. You'd have to though, wouldn't you? The "styling" on that is, well, fucking awful. And you might get your £500 back for selling the Mahindra for spares.
