Supplied new by "Colliers Of Birmingham" to Mr H. Cowper  in May 1981 this rare series 3 Allegro has covered a genuine 25054 in it's 40 year life. Mr Cowper owned his Allegro up until when he sold it to a Mr R Hanlon in 2009. Mr Hanlon who was a Austin Allegro enthusiast and a member of the owners club cherished the car up until he sadly had to sell it in 2018 to a Mr G Jones

Whatever m8

Looks lush though

The previous Stagea was awesome. Basically a Skyline estate so practicality, a big turbocharged engine and sometimes 4WD. Like a Legacy on steroids.

Prius alternative, Civic hybrid.  I thought these came with some tasty aerodynamic hub caps?

How many nightmares would you like with that sir? There's an offer on, as many nightmares you can conceive of with each barn-find Audi you buy...

Must admit though, the B3 90 quattro is one of my favourites, would go nicely with the family WR

Oh yes, and it's just down the A61 from me. Sadly, having owned a couple in the late 70's, and seeing the state of that n/s/f wing, if you dipped it in a solvent bath to remove the paint, you'd end up with sod all left.

If you dropped a Morris Minor onto an MX5, it would look like this.  Needs SVA which should be the work of a mere moment

Look how much wider the rear track is

Aside from the dashboard/interior/Beetle rear lights, I really like that. I guess I'm a bit of a sucker for them anyway after owning one back in the early 90s. I'd love to know the story of how it came about. It certainly looks a high quality job, as opposed to Bob in his lockup with a pop rivet gun and shares in Isopon. I can only assume the owner has realised the SVA is going to be a huge ballache and given up after huge investment.

I reckon the buyer will buy a grotty Moggie, nick the I.D and drive the white one around with an innocent expression.
