A bumtree RCZ GT Line R (which doesn't exist) for over twice it's value anyone? You get a free RCZ R badge glued to the back.

Looks like this is going to be on a loop. It's the second time since December last year it's been listed.
I'm guessing "Robert" is a bit of a loop himself.

Are they terrible alloys made to look as much like wheeltrims as possible or did Rover really only give you plastic trims on a large executive saloon in the 90s?

They're trims. It's an 820i so it's quite low spec.

Someone here, possibly even this thread said (paraphrased) If you think you can modify a car, you probably shouldn't. This is why I've saved this till last (for tonight) as I now regret spunking £20 on a Chinese takeaway that I reckon I'll be seeing again shortly.

And the fucker is £1500 start. PRE 70 IZ CUMIN (as we used to say).https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Austin-Somerset-Custom-Hotrod/203306285794?hash=item2f55ffbae2:g:mQIAAOSwYQBf~Dbc

IDK, that might look half-decent if it had some steel wheels and dogdish hubcaps; those wheels are shit and the tyres are ALLRONG.

Edit to add; having looked at the interior pics, you're right, it's awful.

Griswolds' family vacation, quite salty at 7000 BINs, Cardiff

Might almost be affordable to run on LPG, and who wouldn't want to luxuriate in that sea of brown.

American rv mini Winnebago. For restoration Fitted with the 350 v8 small block 5700cc I purchased the vehicle originally for the engine and transmission for another project however having it inspected by a friend who specialise in American vehicles it was to good to brake. The engine starts and runs very strong and the transmission is smooth. The vehicle is also fitted with a gas conversion. The brakes work but need attention. It does drive and stop but I would not advise be driven any distance until the brakes are sorted. The body is good and should clean up really well as it’s aluminium. The chassis is solid The roof needs attention and the interior needs a good clean I have been informed that for very little investment it could be turned into something that can be enjoyed for weekends away and a lot more. These vehicles are becoming very collectible and a fetching done rite serious money. The vehicle is over 40year old so would qualify for historical vehicle making it tax and mot exempt. Any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me on oh triple seven 3233940.

I like this a lot and presumably there must be a few thousand pounds in parts there, you could possibly do well if the engine turns freely. Too much for me to gamble though already

I bet it'll end up going for crazy money I hate to think what and engine rebuild on one of these costs.

Ten grand for this 850R.  They are out there for less money but this looks fucking awesome.

I remember joining the Northampton ring road when one of these came past me and we got past the speed cameras.  The driver hoofed it and it took off like a rocket.  We were doing 50mph and this thing just never stopped accelerating, it must have been doing well over a hundred as it disappeared over the brow of the hill.

Ever since I sold my V70 I’ve really missed the kick-ass stereo.  Whoever did the development on the audio systems really knew his stuff.

It seems almost insane to buy a car just for the sound system so this could be as practical a car as I’d ever need.  Unless I regularly need to make 3 point turns, in which case it would be dire.

Diesel and non-geartronic are attractive

It always struck me as odd how Volvo completely gave up on the idea of giving their cars a decent turning circle when the Mk2 V70 came out.  I know it's FWD, but so was the 850 and that could still make a U turn in a reasonable space.  The V70 needs full lock just to get round the M25.

Back in 1999 I had a summer job in North Carolina and there were two Russian lads working there at the same time.  One of them had an IZ - it was described to me as "like a Moskvitch, only shitter" which boggled my mind at the time.  They were made in Ukraine I think.
