I was gonna say - show me any Streetwise/ZR that doesn't have black gaffer tape on the driver's seat, and I'll show you my pet dodo (and that isn't a euphemism)

I'll see if I can find a big enough box...

North Down series number plate (BZ) means that was probably supplied new by Kane of Comber, my one-time local Rover dealer.

Lotta car for the money, that!

Oh, Kane of Comber brings back memories. On the far side of the square, coming  into Comber from Dundonald direction.

Are they still there ?

Don't think so, sadly - after Rover/Phoenix imploded in 2005 I believe they became a Fiat/Alfa Romeo franchise, but I was already living in Sussex by then.

Last time I passed through Comber, the old showroom had become a Tesco Express and coffee shop...

Still, a bonus K11 Micra outside!

There seems to be a few enginey type bits inside it...

I think you'll find that's an EP91 Starlet.

Forget an FS1E (would still like one, though) if you want to rock up on the coolest 'ped in town, it has to be this...

Image may contain: motorcycle and outdoor

£5,000.

What a find! I can't imagine there were many of these sold new over here. It was a favourite of mine from 'The Observers Book of Motorcycles', primarily because I was even shorter then than I am now and it had a low seat height!

When I was a kid I thought these had really neat styling. Not sure why. I was a strange child.

My class 3 (infants) teacher had one. She was a tyrant. Used to use occasional physical discipline (not against me, have to had). My mum knocked the wing mirror off her gold Strada in our MK2 escort picking me up from school. I was secretly a bit pleased.

Very, very nice, but:

“Offers only above asking price...” (£6,660)

Err, OK, that’s really not how a classified ad works.

For that reason alone, I’d go out and buy this one from a dealer (asking £5,250 - probably drive away for £5,000) and get three months warranty too.
