'the leg shield alone in 1950 was 225 lot of money in 1950'

That sounds unbelievable tbh.

Presumably built in New Zealand, now sans engine and gearbox. Good luck finding one here! Shame, as I totally would otherwise.

I was surprised Ford didn’t continue with the Crusader theme, just to annoy PC types if nothing else. How about a Sierra Ethnic Cleanse GL, or a Mondeo Religious Genocide Ghia?

Having not studied the history of the Anglican church, I assume a crusade was an excuse to steal off or kill other people using religious beliefs as an excuse. ?

Remind me not to be on your team in a Pub Quiz.

A crusade is different to The Crusades.

The fact the Cortina had a Crusader soldier sticker on it and that Henry Ford was a famous racist and an inspiration to Hitler, I suspect the Ford U.K. marketing team were targeting Daily Express readers rather than Randy Crawford fans with this.

More to the point, The Crusades predated the Anglican church by several hundred years.
