Apparently putting an ls in an omega isn’t easy as gm euro did their own thing and didn’t reuse any of us or Australian stuff in the omega even though they may look similar . Somebody has turned the rear bumper upside down, removed the Pauxhall badges between the lights and fitted the the reg plate where that goes (like the Opel Kadet had).
