barrett
I really miss my Visa. If I ever have any money ever again it's something I'd like to revisit. I reckon it was one of the nicest all-round cars I've owned - great fun to drive, highly usable, fast enough for everyday use with all the mod cons of a modern car but pleasingly odd to look at and just distinctive enough not to be totally anonymous, without being an obvious attention-grabber. The trouble is, there aren't really any others and the few that exist are all in enthusiast hands and 'valued' as such, when really it's just a slightly odd second-hand car. Still, plenty in France. This one-owner car looks a bit sad, but is just crying out to be saved. €450. Not sure what engine it has, though. https://www.leboncoin.fr/voitures/1791149848.htm/ this one is definitely correctly-engined, and is only 250 Euronuggets. Could make a nice one from the two I reckon https://www.leboncoin.fr/voitures/1805710670.htm/ This one has silly water-cooling, and is all the money, but looks fantastic. I must say I'm envious of the luxury you get in a 'Super' - carpets, ffs! How decadent. https://www.leboncoin.fr/voitures/1814027315.htm/ These facelift cars are n't half as appealing, but the colour of this one is lovely Needs a bit of welding but nothing major, and it's only 600 Bitcoins. Not sure what engine, though https://www.leboncoin.fr/voitures/1811202859.htm/ This one is about as far away as you can get, but hopefully that means it's not rotten, and for 900 monkey nuts it looks like valu. "it's a Club" too, which is a private joke only one other person in the world will get https://www.leboncoin.fr/voitures/1703853440.htm/ 500tops, Asimo, richardmorris and 9 others
Shite Ron
Currently at a good price, although reserve is not met. If you could get this for around the cost of a fortnight in St. Tropez or similar I cannot see how your partner could fail to be impressed by several nights in various lay-by’s spent in this as an alternative. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Morris-Marina-SunTor-Camper-Van-1973/164303380801?hash=item26413ea141:g:IFsAAOSwx4JfGYgw Perfect* for a few nights at the side of the road in Porthcawl or other exotic locations! The cab back is incorrect, and the load bed is too. Why has it been painted army green when it used to be white? One thing that especially jars though, is that throughout the listing he refers to it as a van when it's quite obviously not. I'm out, and not just because it seems to have been sold already.
