Yeah, I have a mate with a unit he rents via his LTD company that has all sorts. 2 x 3 meter cnc . Machine tool. Lift, lathe, milling machine, 5 knackered cars. Various projects. He uses the office more. His uncle does more work and he's retired. It's cheap and tax effective, but most of his work is on clients premises.
