It needs a full IVA or whatever to get a new reg and will likely not be able to registered as a historic vehicle. All this is well knon and the current vendor is definitely being a bit naughty not making that totally clear in the advert. Although it looks great from the outside I think the interior is horrid, considering how stylish the original was. Bit of a weird one really.
