I never even knew VM made a straight 6!

There is an XJ6  / VM6 somewhere in this thread, a year or two ago. I read somewhere that Jaguar tried it themselves before not making an XJ40 Diesel.

VM6 available in Lancashire.

I would really like an early SD1 and this is a great colour. Only one picture though and not cheap, but could be lovely. I suspect this is the one which was on Car and Classics and has been sold a few times at increasingly high prices.

A Morris marina pick up

is pretty cool to my eyes today. Think I’d prefer a van but...

it’d do nicely. Bit rough but verydo not paint post urban distressed. It’s been a Long time since I’ve seen one of these, but there were plenty on my street when I were a lad. Plumber opposite had one, dads electrician mate had one. A good nostalgiamobile

But wait what’s this?

period correct Fiat twincam engine.

Very, very cool.

£1500 be quick

Have an accident in that, and as the steering column goes through your face you can at least turn the hazards on with whats left of your head.

Give it a rest health and safety police, you could easy wear a motorcyclists back protector (on your front) while driving or even just an 18" section of scaffolding board down your jumper if you were worried about being impaled. Solutions.

I do like the aluminium light switch panel on the door pillar, mind you 'Put big light on' etc etc

It was being offered for £300, then got put and ebay and bid to £510, but after that it ended up on Facebook. So I don't know what it sold for March time, but £1000 for non MOTed Visa possibly needing work seems an lot.

I'm wondering why there is what appears to be the skin off the head of a dead armadillo on the transmission tunnel.

This looks well for the money. What's it based on?

The convertible uses Chrysler's own platform and engines - the coupes were Eclipse-based though.  The 2.7 is actually a bloody good engine - I hired rented one of these in California in 2005 and was proper impressed with how it went.

Didn't @Six-cylinder buy one of these a while back?

ERO456K is the late John Tilsons car for those that know the Dolomite club. Those that don't know the name, he was the technical expert on all things Dolomite. Died a few years ago from cancer. Car was taken on by a club member, small restoration and I believe profits went to his widow.

Here where it was sold through the club:

I really wanted that car at the time but I had the Purple 1100 and that was occupying my drive/life.

The ace of bASe, in the right colour!

I would prefer an XL but this does look beautiful in Sahara Beige.

Just need to bin the awful gearknob and fit a proper one?
