Tax and fees depend where it's going. That's not uncommon to see up around there because if it goes to DE then the taxes are low, NJ there'll be other nonsense. Export? No clue.

think theyd realise not nj or de or even dc when i opened me mouth :D

You could always look for a long bed crew cab for complete insanity.

even a single cab short bed wouldnt fit on the drive :D - prolly wouldnt fit through the gate

Note that stiffer tires. fnarr

LT1 also makes a 1980's Mercedes with no options checked look plush and feature-filled. That one there? Work truck.

i ride motorcycle lucky to have wheels and handlebars as stock items :D

Phil

nowt wrong with insanity :D

Would you also need a C1 license?

I can imagine that the gross weight of these trucks are going to be easily in excess of 3,500kg that a B licence would cover...

They’ve both got the wrong engine and the wrong gearbox and are fucked in the same places though.

And the price is silly.

Dammit though, I’ve typed all this out now so I’m posting it anyway.

Looks ok in the pics but the description uses worrying words like ‘saveable’ that are inconsistant with the highly ambitious £5k asking.

Also

boot lid has a flute installed

It’s go oboe or go home for me, I’m afraid.

You just know that some mindless stoner is going to cover all that genuine, honest shitness with fake rust and swastikas and cardboard suitcases and shit until you want to punch them in the throat.

Is it wrong to think that obtaining a crashed 5.7 V8 Monaro and somehow putting the engine in a Monza, would be sublime?

that mk1 golf - brilliant!  i would love to get that road legal and drive with it as-is - apart from the plastic wheeltrim its perfect!

Also just noticed it's a very rare "GX" run out model - shame someone in the 80's has added a plastic sunroof but it kind of suits the car....

Just noticed it's just along the road from me in edinburgh and currently only at £160.....must not bid, must not bid, must not bid!!

I do like these but well out of my league, they look much nicer in stock colours/wheels. As rare as my A610 (around 60-70 RHD made).

That particular one has been for sale for a year or two. He had it up for £50k when first advertised and it hasn't sold. Decision - Increase the price by 15 thousand pounds!

Gross weight of the 2500 is 4173kg.

Max payload is 1568kg.

The HD variant is more than that.

1500 version gross weight is 2902kg.

The sign of someone who doesn't really want to sell....
