Offside Rear Vehicle structure is corroded but structural rigidity is not significantly reduced (6.1.1 © (i))
Rear Anti-roll bar corroded but not seriously weakened (5.3.3 (B) (i))

Offside Front Tyre worn close to legal limit/worn on edge (5.2.3 (e))

I had one of these, same year and spec and it was rather nice. Very Honda; competent yet anonymous. I always suspected that the 2.4 drivers were having a better time though.

Fail sheet on that isn’t necessary awful but it does suggest some chronic underinvestment in the car of course.

Perfect for a TS200 replica.

I have a pre-face lift 1.4 lsi 8V 82 bhp in red until I drove into the back of someone whilst looking at the view in the distance. "Oh that must be Halewood, where they used to build the escort"

Was the first mk3 of 3 that I wrote off.

That is bloody gorgeous!

Sir Norman Foster owns a Tatra.

I’ve owned two?

Rust can be a big issue, as can engines.  The state of the paintwork too and there’s a lot of it to paint.

Having said that, it’s a fantastic thing to drive, I did thousands of miles in mine commuting to work

That's gone straight to the top of the 'cars I will be interested in buying when this is all over' list.  The seller was a sound chap when I last met him (over 20 years ago!), so I assume still is.  Wrong front panel/grille for a Mk1, but more than compensated for by this...
