No mention of this being special, which it is because A - "runs and drives"

And B - it is a rare Elford turbo conversion! Note SU carb.

Highly desirable and highly desired.  https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mazda-RX7-Red-1985/362963445611?hash=item54824ea76b:g:6-YAAOSwmP5eid0X

No doubt Turnagain (ex-Rotechniks) or Hurley Engineering would be able to sort that out.

Would be even more desirable if it had kept the original alloys, airdam, side skirts and badging that Elford Turbos had.

Supposedly only 12 of these things still in existence.

Interceptor wheels on a Cresta.  It works better than it has any right to.

Met that in the flesh about 3 yrs ago. Bloke was muttering about putting a v8 in it then as he could not find anyone to buy it. After trying to sell it to me of course.

That looks great and surely destined for a white room. Remember when Fiat actually made cars? Rather than glueing badges onto literally anything they can get hold of?

Nice. Did they do a factory FB Turbo? I can't recall.

1.7 Granada estate can't be very rapid!

2.0 was the smallest engine offered in the UK.

According to records: The engine delivers 54 kW. The empty vehicle weight is 1280 kg

A 1.3 Cortina Mk3 has 43 kW/945 kg

A 2.0 Granada has 74 kW/ and about the same kg

WANT.

According to records: The car was first registered on the 24-03-1978 and the first time it was registered in The Netherlands was 10-06-2008. I cannot find which country it was imported from. But it could be almost any Western European country.

Not sure if this has been posted; WOTEVS M9

£7995, which on the face of it, is a lot of dough for an old Escort, but not much when you factor in OSF taxation. Perhaps it's a lower rate for estates? Looks good, I would.
