£900 mark-up for doing absolutely bugger all with it.  Good luck with that...

And apparently (from the ad) "Permission for the use or copying of the Photography here is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission from the owners at  www.etc..."

Better shut AS down now then!

That's Gary Rowe, antique furniture dealer, hoping to make a fast buck. Good luck with that.

Think I'll link that to the CCC page - they badly need a good laugh

Figured the ad was by someone who didn't know cars.

He admitted as much on the CCC page,  and was quite naked in hoping to flip it for a lot more than he paid.

Think that car might be sitting with him for a good long while, as it's very well known now...

Oh yes, I remember now seeing that about a week ago.  He should stick to selling wardrobes.

Would you Adam & Eve it, another cheap stacklight Merc.

This one's a non-runner with no interior, and it's a Sonderklasse and thus too big to fit either on my drive or in my garage.  I also have nothing big enough to tow it home with, and I'm skint.  Therefore I definitely haven't* lobbed a bid in.

I used to go to school on one of those, back when they were new.  I originally thought they were an earlier version of the Bova Futura - took me a while to work out that they were completely different.  To be fair I was only 7 at the time.

Practise for an 'iron man' challenge by seeing how many hours you can drive this God awful pile of mallard wank before scrapping it. It's £200 with 6 months MOT, so technically you've go until the 9th August to breathe in that horrible sort of burnt plastic smell they always have and cry to yourself as you realise just how low you've sunk.

I'd rather heat Maltesers up in a frying pan of boiling cooking fat then pour the mixture down my Jap's eye than own one of these.

Ah the Ford Dave. It fits well tbh. Could have been the Ford Gary to be fair. We'll still know what a shite car it is then.
