This is really tempting, but although I think cheaper rate tax, being a 1.4 it's never going to be the same after driving 1.7s.

They look well fit in red, as well.

Mine was identical to this in colour, engine and year.

I loved it and thought the 1.4 suited the car brilliantly. Smooth and revvy, you could drive it on the limit and it was excellent fun.

That's not a mk6 either ?. I've been eyeing these sexy little bastards up again of late. Slow, noisy and not great on economy considering but mine carried whatever I put in it,on it or on the towbar and didn't affect its ( lack of) speed regardless of weight. Apart from tiny niggles like power steering pump kept falling off (literally) slightest bit of rain made the passenger foot well a paddling pool and the heater didn't work over 40mph it was a great little van

Very, very rare Jag XJ6 X300 4.0 Sport MANUAL. The owner tried to flog it to me this week initially for £2000, then £1500. Now he has put it up at a more sensible £1000 on eBay. High miles, but if someone managed to get an MOT on it and it drives ok, I think it would be worth it.

Also there is an XJR for sale on eBay that is CAT B and should not be on sale to the general public. Beware. Annoyingly it is very hard to report that sort of thing to eBay because technically it is not illegal to sell a cat B car, but the seller is not disclosing it. Places like Autotrader flat refuse to advertise such cars.

Wow, look at this! Can't do links on this phone but if you click on that Volvo thing above this comes up as something you may also be interested in. I should say so.

Plenty of scope here, though I'm not sure if you can actually get a car in as it is.

There is no angle from which this doesn't look bloody fabulous.

Saturday evening, post drink searching for classic cars on eBay. This screams scam to me - what do you think?

Only one picture, minimal description, no location (just says UK) and a seller called assfinger. Yeah, walk away.

In the meantime, I’ve checked up and they have 2000 other listings for classic cars with zero bids. And only 100 or so feedback in the last decade.

Heres a rare one:

https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/466148497408400/

Its a Croma Prestigio 2.4 JTD, they only sold about 40 of these in the UK with about 20 supposedly still in circulation according to HML, 200bhp 5-cyl diesel & auto box!

Lad is very optimistic with it mind, he's hoping for almost £3k. Can't see it myself!!
