Mk1 bonnet for a bootlid. Top effort.

Oh no, look out, a badge letter has fallen off. Quick, push it back in place.

Has a beautiful electromechanical clock from a Mercedes. And here it is. You can marvel at time being recorded as it actually happens. And you'll never be late, unless you're a disorganised fuckwit.

Built with any screws and bolts Peter Monterverdi could lay his hands on!

The ultimate Shiteists exotic. ?

Apparently Monteverdi was too busy to engineer the running gear for the Hai so sub-contracted it out as a project for the third year Craft and Design kids.

Who the hell built that then were so proud of it they released it as a press photo?

It's not cheap, it's also an original UK market one apparently.

Interesting, putting it under the "Property for Sale" category. No mention of its mileage. If it was being driven to and within Norway and Sweden in its day, that won't be low miles.....

Low mileage Victor 2000, not been taxed for 25 years. I really like the lines of the FD Victor & Ventora. Is that a column gearchange?

Not so much a barn find, as a shed. Engine seized?

Possibly engine seized, but that's fixable / replaceable. Not sure if it's a column auto or maybe a 3-speed manual? The relevant info for that year / model will be on Vauxpedia. From the pics it looks like a great project for someone. Interior is in fantastic condition.

It's like something out of 'Get Carter'.

FFS just look at this vandalism from The Professionals.

Three speed manual, if it was an auto the selector would be on the floor. Nothing I can do about it but I really hope someone saves that.

Interesting.

This might actually be the same car, in a previous ownership....

Seems these RHD cars - and there were quite a few of them - came in via the importer's premises in Chiswick..... Googling suggests they were on the Great West Road at Chiswick Flyover, so possibly not far from where Fiat had a premises with a massive concrete clock standing outside.

Very interesting nice detective work!  I'd guess that it is the very same car. The under bonnet shots show light blue like in the advert blurb.

painted it blue many years ago unknown why maybe just preference. Last owner painted back to original amc dark burgundy colour.

957UUR is on a new 2014 Mini now with low millage, also both AMCs have original owners handbooks.
