Only two or three Highlines were late enough for the H-prefix plate; the others were mainly F or G. The front wings (£600+ plus VAT each, only available from BMW Mobile Tradition when not on back order, but someone did have a go at producing GRP wings) are the least of the potential problems. GRP wings and other non-corroding parts here - Xmoor Cars effort. By this age, I'd expect the ZF 4HP22 EH gearbox to be needing some attention, especially if the fluid and filter haven't been changed for a long while (must be done at least every 25,000 miles), but access is straightforward.
