my second car, and the first i ever used on the road was all but identical to this, even down to the cherry red paint.

it was an ace "first" car. the first "car" in my name was a Skoda Estelle, the only car i've ever sold at a profit.......

Antique gold, one of my favourite BL colours of the 70s (it would be no fun if we were all the same!),  I've just acquired an Allegro in said colour.

compared with resale silver, dog turd white or waffen ss grey, which are it seems the only colour new cars come in, those lurid BL colours from the '70s are ace.

even antique gold,

and lime flower....

if only cars came in such cheery colours then the world would be a better place.

If SIC thinks that the 1100 he has needs a lot of welding, having owned a couple of these in the late 70's, early 80's, my monies on it being seriously in need of the sparkly stick. With the added bonus of virtually nil spare panels.

Common sense dictates you run away very quickly when someone from Orpington is trying to flog a crash damaged Fiesta with suspiciously low mileage.

However, as it is a relatively early Mk3 you can't help but look and think is it really that bad.

The answer is yes.

Although not particularly bona fide shite yet, pre face-lift Mk4 Fiestas are no longer a common sight and hold a special place in my heart (a Ghia being the first car I ever drove)

Even without the personal link these are still rather sharp looking and come with sufficient quantities of fake wood to keep the most depraved and tasteless individuals satisfied.

Eight Fucking Bags they want for that!

That has to be about the most cheer-less space designed to contain a human outside of an Immigrant Removal Centre.   Bet it still stinks of horse piss too....

this makes the Jeep above look "small" which is not the same as "far away"

in america, BIGGER is better. and i guess that they don't come much bigger than one of these.

i assume that it can be driven on a car licence in this country?

Herp derp bad ad.

Volvo 850 GLT, 2.5 20v auto seven seater, with velour seats (unusual) and a good radio (seems to be CD805, 50 squid on eBay). Proper old money spec.

£675 start, no bids and a make offer button. Be a winner for fuck all. Non-turbo 850s are absolute bargains at the moment, hence I was looking for one before I ended up with a very clean, well priced T5.
