This could only be better by being Daytona yellow and having a working gear stick

This car seems to be missing two things.

1) A letter 'N' for the number plate...

and

2) a box of Swan Vesta

It's actually impossible for this to be worse than it looks from the front

Wow! I used to,own J493RRF, that was a red one. I also had a KR1 G660NEG. I bet that will go for silly money. Amazing bikes and good for a genuine 130mph but fuck are they uncomfortable. They have a tank range of about 70 miles and you are glad to have a break before then. I don’t think my neck would thank me for another.

Try M191NVM

hmmmm, nothing too horrifying in the advises over the last few years, crusty brake pipes mainly it seems,

the one that would worry me though is the "engine light on" which could be nothing, but also could though be something.

shame as a camry wagon (with the v6 engine) would fit my needs for the perfect vehicle.....

How bloody much? I know the mileage is absurdly low, but one on 35k sold for half the current bid (£1800) last year, and another low-ish miles manual GTi was up on Gumtree for £750 a few months ago. Someone on Facebook and the owners club has just sold a 216GTi manual and was asking £1550, but it took them an absolute age to do so, and I bet they didn't get full asking (people were saying it was overpriced). Even so I'd call £1500 absurdly strong money for a 416GTi, and that was the starting bid on this one...
I gave RobT £350 for mine - it has some rot and the lacquer is fucked, and it's on 85k (which is high by comparison but still low for the age), but it drives very well. It also has leather delete which I suspect is unique to it at this point.

With the exception of the 220/420 and the 216GTi, no R8 is worth four figures, regardless of condition.
My arse is a 416GTi auto worth £1800, even on 13k. And with mileage that low, I'd be concerned what needed doing; credit where it's due it's supposedly had a cambelt. I bet the ATF has never been changed, though - an easy job to do, and one that should be done frequently on these Honda 'boxes.
The pictures look like they were taken on a cameraphone from 2005, so it's hard to tell if the car is even that presentable. Based on those pictures I wouldn't even pay the starting bid, there's just not enough detail to them.

Worst interior colour too, Mink - a really horrible shade of creamy beige. Slate Grey (actually a greyish brown) is more acceptable, then Prussian Blue is in a league of its own.

Also, this is the first G-plate 400 I've seen - they were only available on a G for 3-4 months. My H-plater is the only one I've seen as well, mind: they start to get more common from J onwards - however most 400s are facelift models with the big bumper, the short indicator models aren't that common.
