Just needs a 1200 bonnet and some period '60s wheels, wood-rim steering wheel, bucket seats and a Vitesse motor and you can fool people into thinking it's some ultra-rare baby GT. That TR6 hardtop looks rather good, but I can't see why you would weld it in place when a Herald is all bolt-on. If I was able to take on a project it would be quite tempting as I do like a Herald...
