Broadsword Posted January 20, 2019 Share Posted January 20, 2019 Well I rang up out of idle curiosity to see if I could get a quote for this to be added to my classic policy.Asked for the price of the car, and said £1000, only to be told that that was too cheap and they only insure cars over £1500... New one on me, but just thought I'd mention in case anyone else was trying to get a quote. Looks lovely though. would defo have a few tickets. But should have done this last time as I could walk to Dy5....Was that with Peter S. Taylor? That happend to me even though had insured cheaper cars with them before. When the renewal documents came through recently there was an explanation saying they have changed provider so terms and conditions have changed. This happened a few months ago by the looks of it so they just went ahead and changed everyone over to another company without telling me at least, hence when I tired to make a change I found out about this new rule.
