Cavcraft 2021: More Italian slow shite.

Back, by pub(l)ic demand. This is utterly fantastic (in a really, really bad way) and was used to drive from Kent to North Wales on a regular basis quite recently. There any many icings in this cake, not the least of which is a new personal best of what looks like a pair of used knickers in the boot. There was a decent haul of £1.47 in cash, plus a screwdriver and a Mumford & Sons CD. I know nothing of them other than I think they're possibly some sort of 'hip' hipster type band, in which case I may introduce the screwdriver to it.

Bit of fuel roulette, no pez stations for a good few miles on the way home and the gauge was barely moving off empty, so coasted it down hills and went in the opposite direction for fuel where 4% of the cost of the car was spend on very little juice. One tyre had about 6psi in it, so 10% of the cost of the fuel was spent at the air machine. MOT'd until December and legit to drive, 18 miles home was fun. It's actually incredibly relaxed revs wise, you could bosh it into top doing 30, or just under, and it didn't seem to spy it's arse over that.

Perhaps unlikely to see another MOT, it's fate is probs best served as  town/local commuting car or garage door blocker.

*Edit: the passenger door mirror glass didn't really move, got home to find that a self-tapper was holding the casing together, but just in the way enough to not be able to move the glass.

The seller was ace (you would be if you wanted it away from your house) and even came and picked me up. Bought blind off eBay, half tempted to jet wash and buff it then sort the interior, just for the hell of it. The trollies might go in the post to the gobshite who didn't pay for an item I had on eBay a couple of months ago.

Nah, screw that, find some photo of a lovely looking lady, create a Facebook account under the name of Beatrice Golightly and advertise the aforementioned 'worn panties' with some  Barbara Cartland (not the dog) prose on Marketplace for 100 quid. You'll get no 'last price, M9s' I assure* you.

Fear not though, inside_dog, you can stay in the house. Meanwhile, outside...

(Only had two wheel trims, hopefully some random others in shed).

Behold the inconspicuous* washer bottle repair just discovered...

Emptied the boot (wearing disposable gloves) and may vacuum the interior, if it ever stops raining.

Last Puma: Gone.

Kia: Gone.

ML: Gone.

That's leaves two cars (Galaxy, Saxo) and three scooters. Oh, and now this...

It's probably worse than it looks in the picture and ran out of tax in 1982. They were pretty shit when new and this hasn't improved with age, but it turns over and vendor reckons it'll go on easy start.
