Datsuncog
He/she has had a Maxi in a box, in their attic for two decades? !!! It was a big attic, in fairness. Nah, just the Maxi grille badge in a box along with a load of other car badges and insignia, mostly prised off scrappers with a screwdriver. Bought at an autojumble c.1992, blu-tac'd to a shelf until 1997, then in a box in the attic until passed along last month... hopefully all set to grace the front of one of these shite-tastic beasts in the next short while! Woody
Wanted "What Car" magazine for Late 1979 or early 1980 when The Citroen Visa was introduced to the UK. I don't need the Magazine just a copy of the price listing information. When the Citroen Visa was introduced to the UK market nov 1979 what else could you buy and what were the top sellers of the time?Leave this with me until tomorrow, I'll dig into my What Car stash in the garage and find this for you. Any particular month you'd prefer? I'll have a look for any road tests too, I'm sure I remember at least one! Six-cylinder

Stanky
Required - a working brake vacuum pump for a 2004 Saab 9-3 1.8t or 2.0t - part no 55561099. These seem to retail on ebay for about £45, if anyone has one for less I'm all ears. Mine is leaking oil down the block which is fine, except when you've been zooming along then get stuck in traffic, when the oil all smoulders and gets sucked into the cabin through the pollen filter. Apparently a common issue on these, and doesn't look like too much of a b'stard to change.
Woody
Is this what you wanted? First prices I can find listed are in the Jan 1980 What Car?, the road test is in the Dec 1979 issue. I've included a bonus entry in the COTY contest too! ETA: Don't know why some have come out on their sides,sorry... Happy to email them to you if that's better! cpjitservices
WANTED: Jaguar XJ6 4.0 Sport (X300). Holy grail for me would be one with an LPG conversion and in turquoise, but main criteria at 1. running, 2. MOT'd, 3. usable. I know what these are like so I can live with their various foibles, I'm not desperately picky. Also would consider a Citroen BX diesel... Yes I know the latter part makes no sense at all for someone wanting a Jag XJ6. This forum etc etc... The closer to Yorkshire, the better.Turquoise you say? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/REDUCED-JAGUAR-XJ6-X300-4-0l-SPORT-112K-LONG-MOT/142650517972?hash=item2136a229d4:g:kZkAAOSwhiZaVKN~ Tam
