Obviously it's the woman's fault but the BMW driver seems to have made no attempt to slow down either before or after the collision, just ploughed into her and then into a parked car that wasn't even in the same street. Was he even awake?

The peugeot crossed give-way lines whike the BMW was on the main road. Clear cut, one and done. Next!

Edit: it's not possible to "plough into her" when the other car hits your door. You might say the BMW "ploughed into her path" but you'd be wrong.

Those i3s are on what are basically bicycle tyres, so I shouldn't think it takes much to send them sliding down the road.

195/50 20 last time i looked at one. Same width as a sorted Mk5 mk1 or 2. Just a he'll of a lot taller.

Live update!  I'm listening to Radio2 and Zoe Ball is playing the new Bond song.  It confirms what I've believed since Casino Royale: that Daniel Craig's excellent portrayal has been hamstrung by the worst possible selection of themes that any Bond has had to suffer.  In my innocence I thought they couldn't go any lower after Mad Donna's Die Another Day, but time after time I've been proved wrong.  How low can they go?  The answer seems to be  always, Lower.

Wickes timber really is dogshit sometimes. I remember ordering a load from them a few years back, probably 40x 4x2s. The bloke turned up to deliver it and after picking through them I just told him to take the lot back - they were all so bent they wouldn't even flipping stack! you'd think twice about using it for firewood!

Maybe he got a face full of airbag and pushed his hands away from the wheel? Also might have bent the rack/suspension and so couldn't steer where he was going.

If there are a dozen lengths of 2.4m 3x2 CLS in Wickes, how many are we saying will be a) straight b) not split or sappy?

Not one single fucking length. I mean what are you honestly expecting to build with fucking bowed stud timber.

The thinner lengths are even worse. Great if you want to build a large egg, otherwise......

Yes,he was belting along at 21mph when she drove past a give way into him.

Yes, and made absolutely no attempt to avoid a collision. Driving at a sensible speed is no good if you don't pay attention to what's going on around you.

He's a serial dashcam video poster too.

Collision 1 is her fault, but he's totally exaggerated the whole thing to make for a better video.  If he'd only have lightly tapped the i3 brakes at 20 mph he'd have never ploughed in to the white car (collision 2).

ROAD ACCIDENT INVESTIGATORS OF AUTOSHITE HAVE EXAMINED BOTH VEHICLES AND THE SITE OF THE CRASH, AND CONCLUDED THAT THE BMW DRIVER IS AT FAULT. THERE WILL BE NO DISCUSSION.

You both seem to be implying that he deliberately smashed his car up to get YouTube hits.I think you should stick to commenting on YouTube. That's more your milieu.

I am suggesting that people who repeatedly post videos pointing out other people's shit driving are generally not the best drivers themselves. I don't think he deliberately escalated the accident, he probably thinks he didn't do anything wrong.

I am not disputing that there was bad driving on the woman's part, just pointing out that there was bad driving from the BMW driver too. For the benefit of the capital letters wanker up there that's what discussion is.
