Seems like i'd be better off buzzing about town in my Mondeo then, that tends to get highish 30's whatever. Mazda is a lot nippier though, easier to park etc... They’re fine once locked up doing 60 in overdrive, but you will always find it in 2nd when you want 3rd, and it will always be in 3rd when you want 4th. Best I ever managed out of my Almera was 36. That is nuts, considering how many Tacomas Toyota must have sold in the states this must cost them hundreds of millions of $$$. Of course theres always a risk that something might break, Looking at the parts that a being replaced in this case, you are basically getting half of a new truck for free here though.
