Small van wanted

Recommended Posts

I have KO'd the rear diff on my A35 in rather spectacular (spacktacular) fashion and find I also need to wave the magic blue torch at a few bits while I'm under there.

By coincidence I find myself in need of a small van so if anyone knows or has owt please do let me know. Budget is a strict £400 and expectations accordingly realistic. CHEERS

She said it wasn't the first time it failed to start, and she refused to drive it ,as she does London every day and vehicle must be reliable , so sacked it off and bought a Nissan van the next size up  , Nissan 200? Her husband started it on some sniff , but she lost all interest in it and it's been in the barn ever since .They're honest people...

      Alright guys!
I remember I posted something similar for my friend's wedding last year. So, I'm getting married in April this year. Both me and my fiance detest the whole supercar rubbish. It feels cheap and tacky to me. We would prefer something more elegant but a lot of the stuff I've looked at, I'm not allowed to drive it as it's chauffeur only. I want to be able to drive the damn thing!
So, my request is two fold. Does anyone have or know anyone that has something special that I could pay to use for my wedding, or know any companies that wont charge the earth when it comes to hiring? Of course for any shiter who allows me, I am more than happy to pay a good price and also cover insurance, cleaning etc.
Suggestions welcome. Just has to be classy I guess (fiancés words!)

OK, maybe not entirely serious, but I clocked one round the corner from my house this morning and they look brilliant. Had been off my radar but small fuel efficient stylish estate and seem to be plenty of cheap ones about, presumably comfy and fun to drive in a french sort of way - what's not to like?

1.4 petrol appeals with cheap tax/insurance/ulez friendly.

I love my 205 but nine times out of ten the CR-V gets used for practicality reasons. One of these looks like being a bit more jolly and efficient, but equally practical...

First my brother in law had a problem with his Volvo:

Then, earlier this week, someone broke into his house, found keys to his BMW and drove away in this:

There’s no way of knowing whether the BMW will ever be found.

BIL now urgently needs a reliable automatic estate car, MoTd and running, for up to £1k and located as close to High Wycombe as possible.

Does anyone know of a suitable steed?
