Good question, I assumed that they would be rated at least to if not above the top speed of the van, especially in a country with derestricted autobahns.

Vans (commercial vehicles) in Europe can have lower speed limits that non commercial vehicles. Some time this is governed by weight. Here in Spain is is by class. So even car derived vans are limited at a lower speed.

There's some kind of police incident in a street in the town. Loads of speculation as usual. Some people reporting seeing police with binoculars trained on a flat, others saying they're rifles. FFS, can no one tell the difference between binoculars and rifles? 😂😂

booked a place to stay on friday and as normal check few days before cos sometimes the prices drop

decided to upgrade room as standalone shower double instead of single - tv

tried to upgrade thru their email and it said none available

went back onto site and checked and yes available so cancelled and rebooked

the grin - it was supposed to be 10 quid more but cos of genius discount it was only 3 quid extra

I did a three point turn yesterday and waved a guy through before completing it. 

The guy was in a Porsche... And he pointed to my car and gave me a thumbs up.

The last time I encountered a Porsche driven, he seemed to be telling me he was so rich he had two of them!

I think he must have had a boat too, because I caught something about an anchor.

Couple of days ago I went to retreive the espace due to loosing the storage. It's been parked up and forgotten for over 11 months. Connected the battery (which hadn't been on charge) and started instantly on the first crank, smooth as anything. Fantastic old bus. 😁 

Was a bit of game getting it out mind, due to a skip being dumped in front of the garage door.
