Asked for guidance on my parking ticket I got from Nottingham City Council last week, and have now successfully submitted a challenge online. General consensus is I have them on a technicality, so should win Just a minor thing, but I'd reword the last sentence - "confirm confirmation" sounds a bit odd. You're not wrong - naturally I spotted that after I'd hit submit on the NCC website. The rest was all my own work but the guys at Pepipoo recommended I ask them to clarify what part of the Act I'd breached and added the last sentence for me.
