Looks like they get business from sellers by over egging their valuations by 20% Skipped the estate agent. Vendor is going to talk to them in the morning to confirm our mutually agreeable figure. Looks like we might be moving to the sticks. brownnova, Roobarb and Tickman

PhilA
Haha. 200ci six, Fordomatic 2 speed, single barrel carb. It did crank over and had oil pressure but it didn't want to run. Solid (ish) underneath, absolutely rotten as a pear up top. Moral of the story? Don't park your car under a tree, kids. Bottom of the wings all totally solid, solid arches, solid sills... 56000 miles. Shame. I reckon they was hers , she looked like she was having flash backs of one Guinness too many, and re living the aftermath of eating that kebab she found in the bin on the way home in her mind hoping that her friend didnt notice. eddyramrod
Barrow Park has Canada Geese on the lake... These two have been here a couple of years now. The brown one has some dodgy-looking feathers on his/her wings, not sure if you can see them properly but they stick out at rightangles, more or less in the middle of the wing, both sides; I reckon he/she can't fly. The white one never strays far from the brown one. They're always together, and I reckon the white one is on Carer duty. Such devotion is lovely to see. xtriple, HarmonicCheeseburger and Cavcraft
