Started emptying my garage of stuff I can't take to Spain and useless crap today.

My brother helped and has taken a load of stuff that he has a use for. Crap was loaded into the van ready to take to the tip.

As I was about to leave, a scrap truck ringing the bell came along. Big geezer in a vest took  a look, then unloaded 80% of what was in the van into his pick up. Lovely bloke (really) and he had a very pretty blonde girl driving the truck.

10 minutes later I get a call from the Estate Agent saying he has received a (good) offer on the house. Good enough for me to accept. Things are moving along.

Look out for my post in the for sale section for bits of car, motorbike and auto related stuff.

Parked at Daddyhole to walk the mutts... right next to, the first I've ever seen on the road, scruffy as fuck with scrapes to corner, a 2.2 DCI clattering away to itself.

A bloody Vel Satis!

In Torquay for Gods sake. Didn't think anyone in the 'bay had any taste...

Sacked vegan brings landmark discrimination case https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-50969168

Mr Vegan says " Jordi Casamitjana says he was sacked by the League Against Cruel Sports after disclosing it invested pension funds in firms involved in animal testing. "

The Hunt Saboteurs say " dismissed for gross misconduct. "

He had some sort of issue with their pension fund and started whistleblowing , told management about it then set about pissing on everybody elses chips when the managers continued to ignore him.

Julian Assange should use being vegan as a defense.

This was the best bit for me

Mr Casamitjana describes himself as an "ethical" vegan and campaigns to get his message to others.

His beliefs affect much of his everyday life. He will, for instance, walk rather than take a bus to avoid accidental crashes with insects or birds.

Wait until he finds out that wind farms kill birdlife and can no longer use anything electrically powered or manufactured using electricity.

The odd thing is that as I understand it, he was sacked for giving financial advice for which he was not qualified and was told not to do. The whole vegan and pension fund thing is a smokescreen which has nothing to do with the reason that he has lost his job. The guy seems honest but a bit delusional about the reality of life.

Vegans are like Yorkshiremen. You don’t need to ask them, they will tell you if they are.

Watching 101 Dalmatians with the kids (the 1996 version) and it's pretty mid 90s shite tastic! Ldv vacs, disco 1's, mk5 escorts, omegas, corsa B's, astra mk3's etc...

Eva's told me to be quiet a few times so far

Old Midsomer murders now! Someone's just turned the ignition on on their P100 and got electrocuted to death. (P100 is on the mot dB but with no info) although Barnaby's M reg Mondeo doesn't come up.

Bloody odd seeing where I live (thame) on TV. They filmed in Marlow once, I was rushing to town in my lunch break and remember being pissed off as some dickhead with a clipboard told me to stop walking past the library...
