155V6
Just took Miss_155's Peugeot 307 for a Mot,it failed on a leaking rear shock. Not bad considering it's been off the road for nearly 3 years as she doesn't really drive anymore & I've always got a couple of other cars. It felt like driving round in a wardrobe after my Puma & ZR though ?
beko1987
Well, that's it, there's 80 in the front room now, that will be enough. Don't fancy hitting 100 enough to unbox them and get them down, so I won't! If they phone and cancel in the next hour I'm going to be very cross! Had planned to fix the dining table this weekend too, if I get them all away today I might be able to. Tent needs to come into the house too. Not all pictured is mine, all the refurbs I currently have are coming along for the ride! beko1987
Seems their a bit cheaper than I remember. a mere £1.2k for the full corded kit, minus many optional tools Or £800 for their cordless cleaner that has no hose, can only be used on floors... Not even I can ever man maths myself one myglaren
beko1987
Yep. My 1987 VK-121 doesn't even stand up! I think Vorwerk invented that, ignoring all that came before of course

Zelandeth
Remember my folks used to have a Hoover cylinder cleaner...bright orange...grill on the top and a little rectangular bag full indicator that fascinated me as a toddler. Any ideas what it was? It was replaced by a Goblin Rio 1200 - which I still have and is still used as my garage vacuum. Need to get some more bags for it though...and the filter is is probably a few years overdue a change. Resilient little bigger though, my folks definitely didn't give it an easy life even before I inherited it. LightBulbFun

Quite rare now. 2nd gen rio bags are on ebay, as are filters although the filter pops off the motor housing and will go through the wash quite well I'd imagine, maybe wash it by hand first to get the main crap off then fling it in the machine when you next do a wash LightBulbFun
