Just took Miss_155's Peugeot 307 for a Mot,it failed on a leaking rear shock. Not bad considering it's been off the road for nearly 3 years as she doesn't really drive anymore & I've always got a couple of other cars.

It felt like driving round in a wardrobe after my Puma & ZR though ?

Well, that's it, there's 80 in the front room now, that will be enough. Don't fancy hitting 100 enough to unbox them and get them down, so I won't!

Rip off, it's my random Mercedes ex commercial bench vac, and one of my fans printed me some stickers for it!

Here he is vacuuming all the rust out of Mr @Wingz123 's old aquavac 620. Only the Irish could make a wet and dry vacuum that isn't rust resistant...

Vorwerk!

I didn't imagine they would still exist.

My parents bought a Vorwerk Vactrik in the mid sixties.  The epitome of vacuum cleaner shite.

Still very much going. Their latest "home cleaning system" costs nearly 3 grand... I wait until their 10 years old and fucked and buy the whole shebang for £20...

Matey came!

And now he's gone. I'm going to have a beer and a fag, then maybe another beer and start putting it all away again!

Remember my folks used to have a Hoover cylinder cleaner...bright orange...grill on the top and a little rectangular bag full indicator that fascinated me as a toddler.  Any ideas what it was?

It was replaced by a Goblin Rio 1200 - which I still have and is still used as my garage vacuum.

Need to get some more bags for it though...and the filter is is probably a few years overdue a change.  Resilient little bigger though, my folks definitely didn't give it an easy life even before I inherited it.

Would be a Hoover Freedom. Quite rare now.

2nd gen rio bags are on ebay, as are filters although the filter pops off the motor housing and will go through the wash quite well I'd imagine, maybe wash it by hand first to get the main crap off then fling it in the machine when you next do a wash

Parked next to this at Newcastle quayside today.

Two turbo bricks together. The red one's only a year older as well.

I also had a bit sport on with a 2004 v70 d5 on the way back through Byker. Young lad with a piston heads badge on the back.
