He's always at the Citroen rallies.

I vaguely remember that the church burned down or he was forcibly evicted. Something of that nature and his collection was vastly reduced.

I didn't know that. I remember some years back seeing photos and it looked *amazing*, the stuff my dreams (and my wife's nightmares) are made of.

So at least one person connected with the CCC is ok then?

Had the pleasure of Bucketeer staying at chez moog for last week looking after the doggies.

Relative faces when missus moog told then that a strange man is looking after our dogs was a treat. It got Better when she explained it was ok cause he liked rubbish cars 😊

As always Shiters are exceptionally nice people. Top dog sitter gr10+++

Went out for a walk today, and found something hanging from a tree...

You can't help growing older, but you *can* choose whether to grow up!

(Although dismounting was slightly tricky, as the roots were still icy).

I pretty much always have a go on rope swings if I see them. Here is me being a bit crap on one a few years ago.

Being old and miserable and having social media means I can Twitter and Facebook some bum list 'celebrities' and vent my spleen a bit.

I don't know if it's true but I've heard that Alan Sugar often rises to the bait if you tell him he's fired on Twitter.

This year has been appalling, and yet somehow I've managed to earn more than last year.  Not only that, I've managed to complete a frankly astonishing 92 pictures, the vast majority of which have been commissioned work!  Was also delighted that the Xantia proved itself large enough not to be argued with on the open road and little green Micras continue to be owned by courteous drivers (unrelated incidents).  Today feels like a good one to end a shitty year on.

Got talking to a lass in the vets today, chatting away merrily when she asks if I've spoken to a particular mate recently. I'm somewhat taken aback, more so when she points out that I first met her three years ago and we've met up loads of times since then!

Now we have ebola which, whilst terrible, has only killed a fraction of the people who die in those parts of Africa from contaminated drinking water CocaCola products.**

** Western people dying from contaminated water isn't an issue - Coca Cola selling 'imported' product from Africa, giving you ebola, would be big news.

In other news.... Coca Cola abstracting water in India for making fizzy drinks has caused no end of 'poor drinking water/NO BLOODY water' for local folks using 'age old' artesian wells.

I would hazard a guess that Californians are even worse at driving in the snow than Englishmen?

Yup. Fookin gridlock. Everybody on slicks, much amusement, but not helping things.

Bucket List cars remaining:

Something American: not mega-huge

I might be able to help you with that... ;)

New year is around the corner and it reminded me what a dull and shitty few years it's been for me. I have a small amount of living money available to squander. I fancy a road trip somewhere nonsensical. Anyone else interested?

Oh, before I forget. Happy Thursday again.

Watched back to the future pt3 earlier, and have gone into full on geek mode about the whole trilogy. Amy is showing interest, I might get a bttf night with her yet!
