stuboy
Ever since I changed the bumper the tailpipes have been hidden.. well as you know I'm an old boy racer at heart ( sponsored by lisinopril meds ) and feel the tail pipes should be poking out and showing the remus brand.. so wd40.. 17mm and wire wool and they are better... and no I don't suffer with ocd. mercedade, Stevebrookman, barefoot and 1 other 2 1

brownnova
Facebook reminded me that it has been 2 years since we purchased the Green and white 2CV… the major welding required has been done, but it needs the wings replacing and then the main body shell given a damn good rub down and a couple of bits filled and then painted. So today (after much garage tidying to make it accessible) I made a proper start. Wings removed and the brand new rear wings primered ready to paint and then refit. The second hand front wings I bought don’t look as good as I remember, so I need to check if they’re actually better than the originals before I repaint them. Buoyed by this… I decided to celebrate the jubilee! richardmorris, Vantman, Yoss and 10 others
Split_Pin
It's here!!😀 Many thanks to @Inspector Morose and @worldofceri for their excellent collection and delivery service. It's definitely exactly as described and the engine is smooth right from startup. So unless it's lost 5th or something, we're all good! Delighted to have a Cav back on fleet again. paulplom
Nope what's that? We went on to York designer outlet from there. I've put nearly a thousand miles on the 107 in the last week. I went to Bromyard festival of speed* last week. Averaging 80-90 mph I got a real world 59mpg with it. It's very long geared and seems very happy at 85 which is about 3250rpm. They have a much bigger and new garage/compound/storage around 4 miles along the road, at a industrial estate just before Pickering. There are photos in the bangers and cash thread in the open pages.
