My 2 penneth, keep them, but instead of a line and a half break for each one, put them into a single line separated by semicolons. The forum will wrap it onto two lines or so but it will be a lot shorter. e.g. 1986 Austin Montego (Exec); 1988 Fiat Uno; 1986 Volvo 340 DL; 1991 Ford Escort 1.6; And so-on. Possibly prefix 'former shite' and 'current shite'. Up to you though matey binhoker668

N19
Bluebird now has new brake lines from the garage, plus a new set of discs and pads. It's only done 33 miles in the last month, hopefully the starter motor is still behaving so I can get some use from it next week. In other news, MoonlightingJob told me on Tuesday that they were unlikely to need me for a couple of months because they were now overstaffed; not the end of the world, but a significant cutback on money to spend on farting around with cars. Following said conversation on Tuesday, they have rung up each afternoon to ask if I'd do overtime that day... left hand, right hand...

They're brand new, have spinning collars and for alloy wheels iirc. I promised to post them to someone on here but forgot all about it. I couldn't for the life of me get any sort of quote returned when I tried to insure the Bluebird on a classic policy. Turns out that if you value it at £1,501, they suddenly drop all objections! Now, I wonder if there's any way of getting a 20-year old Mondeo on a classic policy...

Good luck, I think I’m giving up my Citroen 11BN search as it’s not a sensible time to be spending £10k on something I have no space for and no time to drive. jonathan_dyane
For many years my GS has lain forlorn and forgotten at my parents but I retrieved it today and shoehorned it into my garage which was my lockdown plan coming to fruition (building new workshop/motorcycle storage shed in the garden freeing up the garage). Remarkably structurally the GS hasn’t deteriorated much further in the 16 year hibernation and getting it solid shouldn’t be too taxing but the doors and bonnet are going to challenge me! bunglebus, dome, RobT and 12 others
