00833827
Kangoo has a leak. But its not engine oil. Its one of the hydraulics. I gave it a spin around some lanes yesterday and got a stop warning along with the handbrake light so im thinking its brake fluid. Its stopping fine and the light went off again so i better investigate it. Also its difficult to start first time the last few days. I pumped the tyres today. Thats all i have done to it so far paulplom and BL Bloke

Burnside
More work on the Stilo SW. As the nearside door was getting harder to close yesterday. Which is courtesy of some previous bodger. So I decided today to try and fix it, before it fell off. Ignore the bolt on the left as I'd already undone it at this stage. The other bolt above on the lower hinge was already loose, because it's way too long! Which in turn was causing the door to drop when opened. So after failing to unscrew it, as I couldn't get a spanner or socket on the other end to stop it spinning. I decided to bite the bullet and take the door off. Not what I wanted to do today, but needs must. Door off and the bolt was then easily removed. So with a new bolt and alot of faffing. The door was bolted back together. Only problem was the door was even worse! Annoyingly this ment I had to take the door off again. As after some head scratching. It turned out that the upper hinge, was also loose and missing a bolt from inside the A pillar. At this point I was expecting a Curry for dinner, so didn't take any more pics in the rush to get it back together. Thankfully got it back together ok this time and got to enjoy my curry. I'll have to take it off again. As the current door has a ruddy big dent in it. Annoying I have a replacement door but it's miles away. On the plus side, least the hinges should be ok for next time. paulplom, 00833827, RobT and 3 others

ProgRocker
Week off work, Almera N16 aircon stopped working just during our hot weather recently so I'm at a Wilco Fast Fit getting it checked out. Aircon has never been recharged since my ownership of 9.5 years. Apparently there's a leak so there's an extra charge to investigate. Given its been so long I'm happy to pay the extra. paulplom and Burnside

barefoot
Delayed news from Friday, I was a little grumpy. Drains blocked, plumbers with rods called. I had to move the 75, the 944 & the T2 to let them access the manhole covers. 75 & T2 not a bother, drove them around the block, parked them up and went back for the Porsche. Fired up, drove it around the block, backed it onto its new parking space on a driveway a few doors up the street. What the fuck is it leaking? Fuel! Great big stripes of the stuff. Plumbers cleared many tonnes of shit & advised that my drains had collapsed & would need replacing. Porsche is leaking from the pipes as they duck under the back axle - specialist told me that TADTS That's booked in for June the 2nd - Autoaid will apparently deal with breakdowns at home - and take it to local garage. Still waiting for a couple of quotes for digging up drive/fitting new drains/re-laying drive... Happy fucking xmas! richardmorris, Split_Pin, Burnside and 4 others
