For sale spares or repairs 1986 'D' Mitsubishi Lancer 1500GLX auto

I've owned this since 2011 when it had around 26,000 genuine, it's now around 40,000 from memory.

Its been a cracking car and never once let me down. Ive recently fitted a new windscreen and the exhaust is fairly recent. Cam belt and water pump done about 5k ago.

Had new genuine Mitsubishi wings fitted when I bought it. Was due it's MOT around sept last year and I took it off the road and bought a cheap Proton auto as stop gap till I welded this. The MOT runs out on the Proton in a couple of weeks and I just cant be bothered fixing either to be honest. The Proton is a 1995 MPI saloon (also auto) so that will be up for sale too.

I also have a shed load of parts which I will let go with this.

It really is too good to break or scrap and mega rare but you cant save em all - or I cant and I need to defleet into 2018.

It needs welding to the rear arches (front sections) inner upper damper supports (both sides) and sill end closing bits. Will also need handbrake fixing.

I would be prepared to strip it for spares if push comes to shove but thats a last resort. £200 as is with all the spares.

Lots of paperwork etc - or contact me and I may strip it and scrap the rest..

Car is located near Halifax - I may be able to arrange delivery but its through a friend so there will be a cost but i'm sure he will be reasonable...

NOTE The pictures of the car were taken a few years back - the paintwork is now flat and a few rust scabs around. I am up at the unit again on Saturday so will update the pictures then. The shots of the corrosion are recent.

Yes i'll have a word with my mate, I have a couple of options and i'll see what can be done. I'm in no immediate rush with this but my current storage solution will expire soon. It is inside though and has been since I took it off the road. I'll let you know at the weekend..
