I take it there is absolutely no roadworthiness test over there?
The funny thing is, is that there is a lot of new stuff and when you get towards Manilla there's a lot of very expensive stuff as well. But what you end up with is the absolute dregs of cars on their last legs and wagons that are held together with prayers driving alongside a Porsche 911 GT3RS and a lexus LX570. Some of the examples I remember seeing in my time.

Of course there is*

Every vehicle must pass an emissions test and an "inspection" prior to annual renewal of the registration.

No idea what the emissions are like on this privately owned PUJ
