The First Year in the Life of a Philippines Car Spotter

Another contender for Spot of the Year. A family trip was momentarily interrupted because how could I simply drive on by a Vauxhall Viscount? Funnily enough, from this point onward my missus has started calling out old cars she sees when we are out and about. Coincidence?

OMG it's only a blummen' DACIA 1310! "How is this even possible?" was my second thought.

Yeah, that's a Rickman Ranger there I somehow forgot to photograph. I got a bit distracted by what was parked adjacent to this Dacia...

... why yes, it's another 1310. Officially now my joint winners of Spot Of The Year... FACT (or possibly, FACT*).

I managed to regain some composure in order to record a couple of Allegros. Completely ignored the several Spartan kit cars tho.

That car's reg looks vaguely familiar, I wonder if I have seen it in the past? :?  I had to check my flickr photos but haven't snapped any Acclaims in this colour. DPW is a Norfolk reg.

A former neighbour once had one in the late 80s or early 90s like this but that reg started 'A999...'

Making the most of the AS roll I'm currently enjoying, here's the first installment for November.

Not just any Mk3 Cortina 2-door; a (period) Super Speed conversion in the same vein as the Savage. This one has 3100cc. Also, a Spot of the Year contender as I think this is one of only two survivors.
