doubleyeller
It had to happen one day folks - and here it is, a Renault 30 roffle @ £8.50 a ticket! Every panel is rusty, the rear doors have gone at the bottom, the rear valance is in a bad way. However a new set of brake pipes front to back and fresh rubber would see it safely back on the road imo. Certainly she starts and drives fine, although she's gonna need trailering away! Car is in Shipley, West Yorkshire. Be a crying shame if this was scrapped 6 months short of it's MOT exemption for life, everybody who is anybody or who is trying to be somebody pick a number! djoptix
Hmm, this is a Renault V6 auto. And my Espace is a V6 auto. Therefore the 250bhp drivetrain should drop straight in, yes? And the doovla would never know, therefore I'd still get the MOT exemption. Boom! Junkman, doubleyeller and somewhatfoolish

wuvvum
Are the tyres on this some obscure size that is now unobtainium? I've been looking at tyre prices for the 164 (the tyres have plenty of tread but are getting a little old) and they are £££££££.

I've been looking at tyre prices for the 164 (the tyres have plenty of tread but are getting a little old) and they are £££££££.No, the tyres are imperial, and about £35 each. Not the sort of tyre that is kept in stock at many fast fit places, but still readily available from black circles and the like.
