brammy777
These are from basingstoke and odiham, and i feel one of my best updates so far.I spotted this a few months ago, and now its a college car. Its so bloody dirty inside.Getting rarer now, this was a nice one. The only interesting car in the whole of car park at basingstoke station.Curses, but what an eclectic driveway they have. This is a 1984 Freight rover, the design lasted for ages.Opel didnt call it a belmont, they stuck with astra. Anyone know why? So many polish registered cars around.MKV escorts, especially the pre facelift ones are getting really rare now, this one is on SORN.Im presuming these were just run into the ground, the older one hasnt moved in 7 years.Novas prior to the facelift versions are getting thin on the ground, this one is still worth nothing due to it being 5 door. The only reason i snapped this is because of the model! Is it just me or does the rear look cross eyed? This was snapped because of the matching numberplate, surely not a coincedence?Saw 2 fiesta MKIIs in as many days, typical you wait ages to see one and then 2 come along at once. Both in really good condition, but the blue one was spotless. This thing wakes you up when your milks delivered, bring back electric floats!Buff, but i hope they sorted out all the filler it used to have in it.So nice, but getting a tad crispy. Has BL branded mudguards!I couldnt resist, now i have a picture of every angle. MMMMMThese cars are utter shite. Still lots about as well, whats with that? And my best spot, sorry about the angle as it was parked next to a wall:Yes, its a crayford. Or thats what the badge said at least! Pete-M
My brother had a Rover 420 when they first came out. Didn't want the people he worked with to know he had a 2.0 when they mainly had 1.6 and 1.8s so ordered it without the 420 badges. He figured the others wouldn't spot the bonnet bulge. When K420MTU was delivered, he was well peeved.
brammy777
haha, weird that.I still have so many cars to spot around basingstoke, there is no less than 3 other capris going around, a couple of MKII escorts, a few orions etc etc. There is an ex GPO Freight Rover in popley too, caught a glimpse of it today.
