j-j
update:) one of the best car shapes, ever..-It's an Aerodeck!!!! I am becoming increasingly lustful towards these... BXs are too rare for my liking now.-?? please explain this statement. You only like things when they're not rare? Incidentally, that is the mildly desirable and beautifully ugly BX 16v. brammy777
aerodeck ftw incidentally, when i saw this one it reminded me of the one you spotted? hahain regards to that statement, i mean that they are just too rare now, as in id prefer it if they were more common, as i like them My uncle and aunt had a BX, i remember being fascinated as a 6 year old with the suspension sinking when it was turned off
j-j
-Ah, gotcha. The reason I'm wondering is simply that practically everything on here is rare or tending towards rare now (even when it was common)Those Aerodecks man... there's just something about them so shitely 80s.. bloody marvellous IMO.Also old 80s Civics and of course the CRX all genuinely ftw for me at least.. brammy777
i generally take photos of something i havent seen in a while, although its harder round here due to extreme rarity of anything pre S reg.Basingstokes like any other place though, the cars differ with all the different areas of the town. There is quite a few 80s Hondas knocking old b town actually, might have to get em allim tempted to spend tomorrow just spotting cars, but not sureyay/nay? Vin
only a few new ones, but none the less, i hope you find them interesting Spotted in andover, at one of the small car garages, the Mercedes convertible was also there. With it having that front overhang above the cab that 900E looks to be a 'Sleeping Giant' a very rare thing, as most survivors are 'Amigos' or 'Pandoras' - nice spot

brammy777
hahah do it! It looked even grottier in real life.God squad? Possibly considering the fact the man who owned it was obviously waiting for people to come aboard.Hence why the pictures not that good, he was staring at me through a window on the other side. Spottedlaurel
That Old Basing Cherry, at last, would have got a side picture but sadly, there was people at the window. Does it say Maxima on the back? Yes, Maxima was a special edition on the run-out N12 Cherry and B11 Sunny models in 1986 or so, clearing the decks before the N13 Sunny cane in and replaced both. Think it's all locally produced tat plonked on them by the importers, basically. Looks a tidy old thing though.

reallyloud
Those Citroen C6's have a safety sensor which rises the bonnet up by 60mm or so, to help cushion the bouncing pedestrian. Not sure how effective it is, but I guess it protects the engine......
