I originally bought tickets for this because Skattrd wanted it and I have better luck with roffles than he does but with him being mega busy with new house stuff / work and me potentially loosing my workshop and parking spaces very soon, I find that I will have nowhere to keep it, so it must go asap. All the details for it can be found on the Rob T's original thread http://autoshite.com/topic/26674-camembert-flavoured-safrane-%C2%A36-a-ticket-updated-list-page-7/page-1

Only update worth mentioning is that it did burst a water hose last weekend, it wasn't getting hot so god knows why but I've repaired it, test driven it and it seems to be fine.

Here it is when I got it home

and here it is being repaired

£2.50 a ticket will just about cover my costs on this, so roll up for this fine Gallic shite and one of you lucky buggers can waft your way home in it. Or if someone wants to chuck me £150 for it, it's yours.

How difficult are you to reach by train?

Regardless of that, two randoms please.

You get a run on the delightful bittern line, and can mix in a bit of preserved railway if you fancy it too.

I don't even locomotive, but it's a wonderful part of the world.

Bad news on the potential workshop loss. What are the chances of finding another place nearby?

Assuming I can pay otherwise than by Paypal, I'll take a couple of randoms please.

I'm going to start looking for another place after this week, once I find out if it's certain, I bloody hope it isn't but best to start preparing. If it doesn't happen at least I'll have had a good clear out.

I'm happy to do bank transfers if peeps don't have paypal.

Nearest station is Sheringham and I can meet the winner there or Kings Lynn could be done albeit a little more difficult.

Only one? pah, where's your sense of adventure?

You bunch of complete bastards - I am obliged to take a second random.

Can someone please ensure that neither of my complete randoms are 48,

like what my random is in the Merc raffle,

Because there is potential for my life to rapidly become uttershite.

That was so tempting to give you no48 but I just couldn't do it.

Train cost £73 and takes 6hrs 20m (four changes involving going to London Liverpool Street).

We also have commitments week beginning Sept 11th.

Excellent. It seems highly likely I'll win.

6hrs 20min? Where the hell are you coming from?

I think I'll have to offer Kings Lynn as a potential meeting point, That should dramatically shorten journey times. I forgot how much of a pain is it to get here on public transport.

Although the coasthopper bus goes from Kings Lynn to Wells next the Sea every hour during the day, it takes about 1hr 15mins iirc and takes in some beautiful bits of the coastline.

Don't put yourself out too much to compensate for the excellent service provided by our railway network. It's also my choice to partake.

For science, here to Kings Lynn is just under five hours and involves replacement buses. It's quicker to go to London and across to Kings Cross!

The other options provided by the rail site offer a train to Peterborough and a two hour bus ride to Norwich.

There's a direct train from Peatboghorror to Norwich pretty much every hour on weekdays.  There's replacement buses at the moment but that's only because a freight train has fallen off the track and it's taking them a while to put it back on.
