Sound cheap to me @ £155

Needs a new torsion bar as it's broke, don't know hard they are to fix but it's still taxed and MOTed until next March, It's the 1.9TD GLX model but does have nearly 200k but that's nothing for one of these.

torsion bars are one of those things thats easier and cheaper to fix by yourself at home, but only if you have a spring compressor.Im sure theres plenty of these at scrappies to salvage a decent one off of. Im probably really wrong, but hey ho, thats why im at college and here, to learn :)

i just remembered you dont need a spring compressor, they are an intergral unit, you dont need to remove the springs.405 estates have clearly lasted in greater numbers than the other varients though.Doesnt anything by citroen share the same torsion bar?

This sounds cheap for £1500 with T+T, qute fancing a camper at the moment, Got a moden 2.5Di fitted as well.

Jesus that's a bitser! Mk2 doors, Mk5 mirrors and Mk2 rear lights and wheels!!! Mk2 doors, why do people do that? Hmmm, 1976, not a good year for rot! Still it's a fair price for something you will have to tax, and it's got a DI.

Have we had this straight looking Renault 20 yet? Must be a while since one of these appeared on eBay?

^ Yes please!, Nice colour as well 8)

That looks like my next car! Well it would be if it wasn't a bag of sand! What happened to these cars being 3 or 400 quid!? Those Renault 18s recently went for a sensible price, this is being very optimistic surely? I know R20s were more expensive than the smaller Renaults when new but surely that doesn't apply in later years, in fact often bigger cars are cheaper because they become less desirable!
Back on. Will be interested to see what the market naturally dictates it to!

By George, I think I've cracked linking to the new eBay pictures!

To celebrate, let's look at this Sunny estate:

Shame not to be buying it from the long-time owner, but it does sound like a very good example. Had I not got the Bluebird I'd be going for this.

How? I still can't do it. :(
Enlarge image > Right click on image > View page info > Click on media > Copy and paste the http business where it says Location. That’s on Firefox, but last week I couldn’t do it.

MC, thinking about it there were actually three versions of what were badged Sunny running at that time. The hatchback/saloon N13 models (actually a Pulsar), the B12 fastback estate/coupe, and the B11 DX estate/van (with the very upright back end and round headlights).

Enlarge the image, click on 'view page source' and look for the picture URL, it begins http:// and ends jpg, and is on the second or third line. Copy, paste and post as you would normally.
