MrSteve
This Badermatic Ascona has been winking at me all week. It's done well to keep the front valance trim too, as I thought they automatically fell off after a few months driving. 1 bid at £195 and not long to go, but a slightly steep £400 BIN for something with no tax or test. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170399350460

Anglevan
That Maestro van looks a minter, and it's very local, just the price is a bit steep for me , might be worth a visit for a haggle - but looking at the advert I doubt he'll budge much.Ref the Opel - there used to be lots of Opel's about in the early eighties, quite common to see Mk1 Astra (Kadetts) and Mk2 Cav's (Ascona varients. I seem to remember my neighbour bought a brang new Opel Record diesel in 1982 from the local dealer - a right noisy heap of junk as I recall...
