pogweasel
Surely a peppermint green Chavalier is much more "1994"? Anyway, even with a potentially goosed furnace, this Angular looks awight for the dinars. Bet there's plenty of Garys trying to blag it for five badgers under a zebra mind...http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0446596836
Pete-M
My Cosworth was peppermint green, but that was 1996.
Pillock
I typed 1995 first of all, but figured that too late. By 1995 Max Power was featuring all candy-flip perlescent-chequers in-yer-face stuff.1989 is considered the definitive year for pastel and angular graphics in the VW scene (see the Backto89 archives) so figured it had spread around the same time. Also that shape Cav was last available in 1988, as my grandfolks went and bought a Mk3 on launch day that same year.
pogweasel
Obviously took a while to filter out to the provinces, and remember peppermint green was (a) dirt cheap and ( dead easy to DIY, certainly every other Escort Van & Mk2 Cavalier was that colour in the early 90's round our way. Pillock
she's a nurse - nurses fall into two categories....I'll tell you what, the nurse that attended to me when I stupidly burned my hand and ended up at A&E was straight out of somebody's fantasy.... giggly, almost flirty in fact. Lovely touch too. And when she put the rubber glove on, she made the sort of comedy 'snapping' motion. It's almost worth throwing boiling oil on my other hand to see if she's working another shift. Rusty Pelican
Or tipping a pan of boiling water down the front of your trousers.Maybe a bit far that , any joy that could be had from said nurse would be pointless and painfull with frazzled bits
Father Ted
Or tipping a pan of boiling water down the front of your trousers.NNNooooooooooHaving had burned bollocks you really dont want that to happen to you. No. Not ever. Its more painful than jumping on an upturned plug in stockinged feet whilst giving birth.
M'coli
Indeed, a gallon of boiling water down your arm and crotch/legs isn't worth it just to see if there's any fit nurses on duty...
