Hefty price tag on this one surely? Especially considering its not even a high end model.

That looks a lot like one that used to be around these parts. The guy was a proper weirdo and once spent over an hour (yes, an hour) telling me about it, by which time I was ready to slit my wrists. Last time I saw him he had a Laguna estate that he was taking round the 'ring

Cheap for £350 with MOT but...

1980,S RETRO CHIC STYLE MAKE A STATEMENT

WTF! What kind of statement would you be making?!, Look at me I'm skint and drive a shit car?
Give it a rest, those old Sunny coupes are a paragon of style. I'd prefer a previous generation B11 coupe myself though, mainly for the remote cable-operated rear windows 8)

I really like those wedgy Sunny's, if that was near me I'd be off to have a look..

That Sunny coupe is very near me. Sadly funds available right now for car purchasing are somewhat limited, otherwise it’d fit in perfectly with my random 3rd car policy. Was up for £550 or so only recently, they must’ve found like me that despite their utter competence nobody wants to pay much for FWD ‘80s Japanese stuff (unless sold by Thedoctor, of course).

On and off I've been thinking about getting a flatbed/beavertail transporter. Won't be happening since the Multipla cost us three arms and two legs this week.

Anyhoo - it occured to me that an old horse box would be a good basis for a DIY conversion. And you'd get a very solid shed off the back for your garden! The cool old ones seem to go a lot cheaper than the cheapest recovery vehicules - I guess 'cos it doesn't look too good turning up at the gymkhana in any old tat?

Hefty...

Pretty much the entire listing there. I love how he's said not an escort mk2, because obviously the Fiesta MK1 is always confused with them.
