Je n'ai vu ces feux que sur des LN / LNA. Mais ma préférée, c'est la Simca 1307. Mon dieu qu'elle est belle! Et le prix est tout àfait raisonnable. Si seulement elle était un peu plus au nord... wuvvum
900 euros for an RS1600i?? I'm on my way...The seller reckons it needs trailering, so it might not be quite ready to jump in and drive. If it's a genuine RS1600 it's still got to be worth having at that price though - the shell looks pretty good from the picture. I wonder how much they'd charge to take an Escort on a trailer on the ferry from Le Havre to Portsmouth?

wuvvum
That is the best bootlid EVER! How the hell are those struts ever supposed to hold that thing up? It's a great easy way to make an estate car isn't it - just leave the bodyshell as it is but make the tailgate into a great big square box... That has to be the world's only targa top "estate", surely?
wuvvum
This is my favourite though. Piaggio Ape eat your fugging heart out! I would just love to put a beavertail on that and use it as the world's most unstable car transporter. What the hell is it, anyway?

That has to be the world's only targa top "estate", surely? The EXA came as a targa with a hatchback which could be swapped for the optional "sportback" like that car has. Not many sportbacks were sold so as far as i know it's a pretty rare piece of kit. Alternatively you could just take the tailgate off and drive it open topped. I believe it was actually designed in the states rather than Japan.Incidentally, although there is little family resemblence, the EXA is technically a coupe version of the N13 Sunny we got. It's chassis designation is KN13 (K is for coupe). The have the same floorpan and running gear as both the B12 and n13's.

Mr_Bo11ox
That subaru is wonderful, I had a cheeky dabble on it, I dont have £500 though so would have to pay for it out of my savings allocated for the bo11ox museum, which would cause much marital strife! Ah well., maybe as you say it'll get relisted with a bit better ad.

Mr_Bo11ox
This looks cracking, its only £130 (no bids at all!) with 3 hours left, 2 owners/80k, what more do you want? 1.9 injected with the old Heather Mills-compatible auto gearbox- a super smooth way to travel. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=150301726572 Its on Bickle's manor I think so a bit far for me, and I suspect not too A-frame friendly with that gearbox. r.welfare
That's late for a Phase 1. Autobox should be OK, and 1.9 injection doesn't suffer the hot starting issues (think R5 GT Turbo...) of the carb version. But I don't like the dashboards, it's not diesel, and I have two already...
