Cavcraft
I am desperately and incredibly tempted by that blue 'cess. Does he mean 27 miles though or 27,000? Also anyone know how far up into Scotland that is? I'm thinking a) I'll never be able to afford to buy it and it'd be the roadtrip of a flaming lifetime but it has class and I like it. Mr_Bo11ox
Whats with this business of calling it a 'cess'? Its not a fuggin abscess. It says perthshire, I have in my head that Perth is a good hour or so north of Edinburgh. But be warned, eBay will very probably pull this ad before the end as they take a dim view of folk putting whole cars in the parts section, unless it is a car that is obviously fit only for parts (which this is clearly not). If youre keen get the blokes phone number!
Cavcraft
Just what we always called them as kids. I have a feeling price wise it's going to go through the roof though.
Mr_Bo11ox
What about this one instead? OK its a greebomatic but still mega cool. Looks like it even still has a typically appalling late 70's BL paint finish with varying levels of shininess on each panel. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=280242132811
Mash
Blimey, I reckon that brown one’s about as early as you’ll find without being an Austin or Morris badged one. There’s a blue one same as the Scottish one parked up in a drive near where my parents live. It’s a bit tatty but solid, no idea what they’re doing with it. It was being driven round Hull by two nice looking lasses until fairly recently. I first clocked them one night when I was out on the beers – thought I was seeing things, only with me it’s blue Princesses not pink elephants!! Mr_Bo11ox
Check this mutant Honda Civic with Rover 45 doors. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1995-HONDA-DOMANI-CIVIC-IMPORT-FROM-JAPAN_W0QQitemZ320268026802 Quite interesting but still a 13-yr old 'boggo-spec' civic which will be written off if anyone ever keys it, the seller seems to have accidentally priced it at a grand. Guest
GALANT TURBO!!!! http://cgi.ebay.fr/mitsubishi-galant-170-ch-turbo-videe_W0QQitemZ200236344885 He's asking a grand like and has stripped the interior.Sounds about the right price for it to be honest, though if he hasn't saved the interior that would be fairly gutting - the seats you get in the Turbo are the best part of the package: "Turbo" not only on the fronts, but the rears too - and as an added bonus, the rear sear seat can recline! Ludicrous. A far cry from the ones in my scum-spec edition.

r.welfare
Hang on - doesn't the Philippines operate some kind of crazy system when you can only enter certain city centres on certain days according to the last digit of your reg no? Maybe Lancer man ain't so crazy after all...That Merc camper is hideous.
Ross_K
I thought it was some lucky number thing like the Chinese have as regards the number 8.A lot of the other car auctions on ebay.ph mention the last digit of the registration number, so I'd say you're probably right. Ross_K
Yeah, you're right:http://globalnation.inquirer.net/cebuda ... _id=114481New schemeUnder the odd-even scheme, vehicles with plate numbers ending with even numbers can enter the avenue on dates that end in even numbers. For example, a car whose plate ends with the number 2 can use the road on Feb. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and so forth. For odd numbers, a car whose plate ends with the number 3 can enter the road on Feb. 1, 3, 5, 7 etc.For dates that have two digits (10 to 31), the last digit of the number will apply. The first day of the dry run on Jan. 28 will allow access of vehciles with plate numbers ending with an even number: 2, 4, 6, 8.This is because the last digit of Jan. 28 is 8, an even number.Try remembering that when you're trying to get to work with a bad hangover.
