I'd love to see/hear that running! Must redefine the term "clatter"!Wuvs, that little Honda looks ace. I kinda dig those and the similar era Accords for some reason - probably just for being diddy compared to later examples.

I'll second that. I bet you could fit that inside one of the last generation civics.

That would be amazing, I can imagine a summer blockbuster film coming out of it. Clown faced man in Ice Scream (geddit!?) van terrorises teenages and kills them with a razor sharp scoop and occasionally stabs them with a flake. He is seemingly unstopable for a good 80 minutes of the film. Much over the top gore ensues, I'm sure there will be some sort of moment where blood is used instead of rasberry sauces on a cornet. The remaining teenagers, meaning just the attractive female lead, who has escaped his clutches many times showing some snazzy martial arts moves, and her love interest, are at there wits end. HOW WILL CLOWN ICE CREAM MAN BE BEATEN???

Then the answer hits them, or rather him, side on, on 85 minutes there is a car chase, the two teenages are driving a new BMW or some such thing, as all teenage characters do in these films, which obviously exist in a world without insurance. The Ice Cream van despite it's apparently lack of power keeps up with them no sweat, he is now on their bumper and trying to force them off the road, as they power down a country lane with a huge thunder storm raging on, and chunks of their Beamer being hacked away (Not only does the little Fiat devices have seemingly endless amounts of power, it is also virtually invincible) they finally power over a narrow bridge......

....finally Clown Ice Cream van man's achilles heel is discovered, CROSSWINDS!!! and he and his machine are blown off the bridge and fly down a ravine into a raging river below. Naturally the teenages stop, congratulate themselves and look down below the bridge to see the tangled wreckage of their tormentor. But there is nothing there, paving the way for an endless series of sequels!!!!

I think I have too much time on my hands...... :(

No registration document, but I'm sure getting a replacement one from Germany would be easy. Not.

Something similar formed the storyline in a 70's edition of Superman Comic, (or was it Vampirella?) - I may trawl the loft later to try and find them - IIRR

"I scream,

You Scream

We all scream

For Ice cream"

was the cyclepaths catchphrase before stuffing kids in his freezer.....
